About Frank Leder
"Like a locomotive" is how fans describe Frank Leder's techno sets: energetic, varied, sometimes dark, often progressive to hard driving, and always melodic. His musical range moves within the techno spectrum between 120 and 160 BPM depending on the mood, and he loves taking the crowd on emotional minor-key melodies.
Frank Leder has dedicated himself to music as a DJ since 2019, taking listeners on emotional sonic journeys. A passionate sound engineer with several years of training at the Boomworx DJ Academy in Hamburg, he creates new soundscapes live during his sets: his compositions emerge on the fly as he continuously runs several tracks in parallel and enriches them with sound effects. Familiar tracks never sound the same twice, but become a constantly new sound experience.
Where events call for it, he plays original records from a vinyl collection built up over many years. His sound engineering background also flows into his own productions, including the track "Galactic Journey", released in 2024.
Frank Leder is part of Klangstrom, a collective for shared sound and atmosphere.
