Phuong-Dan

The Golden Pudel Club has been Phuong-Dan’s musical home for nearly two decades. His real name is Nguyen Phuong-Dan, and he studied cultural anthropology and visual communication at the HFBK in Hamburg. Since 2006, he has curated the “Gatto Musculoso” night there, featuring guests such as Beppe Loda, Hunee, and Traxx. In 2021, he founded the label dispari. His performances have taken him to venues including Robert Johnson, De School Amsterdam, Berlin Atonal, Dekmantel, the Meakusma Festival, and Überjazz Hamburg.
