Scope and service
This information describes ontickets.de, the ticketing service provided by on:NetworkAgency UG (haftungsbeschränkt). You can browse events, select offered tickets and start an order. In the order form, you enter the required contact details and select an available payment method. After successful completion, you receive the relevant order and ticket information. Organiser areas and the staging preview are not fully assessed parts of this information.
Navigation and use
The sampled event and information pages provide navigation, main content and a footer. Event information leads to ticket selection and the order form. Accessibility, privacy and other legal information are linked in the footer. Technical improvements include labels for newsletter and promotional-code fields and higher-contrast action buttons. These improvements do not establish accessibility across every user journey.
Accessibility status
Our technical reference is WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the relevant web requirements of EN 301 549. BITV test criteria inform further development. Full fulfilment of accessibility requirements has not yet been demonstrated. This information does not replace a complete BITV assessment and is not a certification.
Method and outstanding checks
The internal sample dated 29 October 2026 covered public entry and event pages, an event detail page, sign-in and an opened order form. Staging pages were assessed separately. Checks included field labels, selected contrasts, focus targets and page width. No order was submitted and no payment was made. Complete screen-reader operation, error and success states, external payment dialogs, ticket documents, account areas and all remaining pages have not been fully assessed. Their accessibility is therefore not presented as confirmed.

Do not send passwords or payment details. We will examine your report and discuss an accessible way to provide the information or assistance you need.
